Your first deposit
What is the minimum deposit?
€20 or the equivalent in your currency, which is also enough for the welcome bonus. The same €20 places you in Penumbra, the first phase of Crown Rewards. Each payment method also has a maximum, which appears when you select it in the cashier.
Which payment method should I use?
Any method in your own name that your cashier shows: Visa, Mastercard, an e-wallet, bank transfer or one of twelve cryptocurrencies.
Are there fees?
Some methods and networks charge a fee, shown before you confirm; your bank may add its own.
How long until my deposit arrives?
It appears in My Balance once the payment or network confirmation completes. Card and e-wallet payments are confirmed by your provider; crypto deposits need the blockchain to confirm the transfer. If it does not show up, send live chat the date, amount and method.
Can I use crypto for my first deposit?
Yes. Twelve cryptocurrencies are accepted, including BTC, ETH and USDT. Copy the deposit address from your own cashier, check the network fee in your wallet so at least the €20 equivalent arrives, and wait for the network confirmation.

The welcome bonus
What is the welcome bonus?
A package of up to €5,200 + 400 free spins over four deposits, starting with First Light: 100% up to €200 + 100 free spins for €20 or more with FIRST100.
What does wagering mean?
The total you must bet before bonus money can be withdrawn. For First Light it is 45 times the bonus: €900 for a €20 bonus.
What is the most I can bet with a bonus?
On First Light, bets from €0.20 to €1 count; bigger bets, including doubles and bought features, break the terms.
How long do I have?
7 days from crediting for the bonus and the free spins. If wagering is not finished by then, the bonus and anything won with it are removed, so check the deadline under Promo > My Bonuses.
Is there a no deposit bonus?
Not at the moment; every offer needs at least €20.
Can I say no to the bonus?
Yes. Simply deposit without a code, or cancel an active bonus at any time, losing the bonus and its winnings.
What comes after First Light?
Your second, third and fourth deposits can take Second Phase, Deep Shadow and Totality Drop with codes 2PHASE, SHADOW and DROP150: bigger matches of 120%, 130% and 150% with lower wagering of x40, x35 and x30, each with 100 free spins.
Can I have two bonuses at once?
No. Only one bonus can be active; the next becomes available once the current one is wagered, cancelled or expired.

Your first withdrawal
What is the minimum withdrawal?
It is shown for each method in the cashier, to a method in your own name.
Why can't I withdraw yet?
Usually because a bonus is still running. Bonuses do not allow a withdrawal request until wagering is complete, so finish the wagering or cancel the bonus first; cancelling removes the bonus and its winnings.
How long does a withdrawal take?
It depends on the method, verification and network; there is no fixed time.
Why might I pay a fee when withdrawing?
Deposits should be played through; withdrawing earlier can bring processing fees.
Can I withdraw to a different card than I deposited with?
Withdrawals go only to methods in your name. After a card deposit, up to your net deposit is returned to that card, and anything above it is paid by another method of yours.
What if I make a mistake in my details?
Ask live chat to correct it early, before your first withdrawal; a supporting document may be requested.
