Eclipse Crown Sign Up: Your First Steps From Zero to First Game

The five first steps

Step 1: create the account

1. Type eclipsecrown.com into your browser yourself.
2. Press the gold Sign Up button at the top right.
3. Enter your details exactly as they appear on your ID.
4. Choose a password that you do not use anywhere else.
5. Accept the Terms and Conditions and confirm your age.

Step 2: confirm your email

Right after registration we send a welcome email with a link. Open it and follow the link: that verifies your address and completes the account. If you cannot see it, look in spam or junk, check that you typed the address correctly, and ask our team in live chat if it still has not arrived. Keep this email address: recovery links and unlock instructions will come to it later.

Step 3: secure the account

Sign in with the Sign In button and do two things before you deposit anything. First, switch on two-factor authentication, so that a password alone can never open your account. Second, set a deposit limit for a day, a week or a month; a limit set at the start is much easier to keep than one set later. Step 4: first deposit

Open the cashier and choose a method in your own name: Visa, Mastercard, an e-wallet, bank transfer or one of twelve cryptocurrencies, depending on your country. The minimum is €20 or the equivalent. What you need before you start

A word on verification

You do not need documents to sign up. Beginner mistakes to avoid

• Typing the code into the sign-up form: codes go into the cashier's promo field with the deposit.
• Using a family member's card: only methods in your own name are accepted.
• Opening a second account: one per person; duplicates can be closed.
• Betting too high with a bonus: First Light counts bets only up to €1.
• Skipping limits: set them before the first deposit.

• No email: check spam, then live chat.
• Email already used: you have an account; use Forgotten Password.
• A typo in your details: ask support to fix it early.
